What to do: Book with an operator who can show a fixed departure schedule and confirm a minimum group size before you pay, and expect fewer sailings outside the main season.
Scooter 'pre-existing damage' claim
A rental outfit hands the bike over with no walkaround inspection, then on return finds a mark on the fairing and asks for repair cash before releasing your deposit.
What to do: Take timestamped photos of every panel at pickup and insist on a joint walkaround with staff before you leave the shop.
